Common Remote Service Platform (cRSP) / Siemens Remote Service (SRS) is a remote
maintenance platform via which remote maintenance access is possible.
To use the platform, additional service contracts are necessary and certain constraints
must be kept to. If you are interested in cRSP / SRS, call your local Siemens contact or
