Removal of blockages in the hose

1. Cover coupling connections with tear-proof film.
2. Loosen cam leaver (1) and hose connections.
3. Dislodge the blockage by tapping or shaking at the place where
the blockage is located.
4. If required, insert a rinsing hose into the mortar hose and flush
out the material (PFT rinsing hose art. no. 00113856).
1. With the main switch (1) in position "0", push the metal bracket

(2) into the opposite direction.
2. Turn main switch (1) to position "I".
3. Press the green push button (3) control voltage "ON".
4. Close the air tap at the spraying gun.
5. Switch on the air compressor using the green toggle switch.
6. Turn the selector switch of the pump motor (4) clockwise.
7. Let the machine run for a short while without mortar hoses.
8. As soon as mortar emerges at the end of the mortar hose, switch
off the machine at the selector switch for the pump motor (4)
(Position "0").
9. Apply wallpaper paste to the cleaned mortar hoses and connect
to the machine and spray gun.
10. Turn selector switch for the pump motor (1) clockwise, open air
tap at the spraying gun as described in chapter 36.1.
1. With the machine switched off, turn the main switch (1) to position
"I".
2. Press the green push button (2) control voltage "ON".
3. Close the air tap at the spraying gun
4. Switch on the air compressor using the green toggle switch.
5. Turn the selector switch of the pump motor (3) clockwise.
6. Let the machine run for a short while without mortar hoses.
7. As soon as mortar emerges at the end of the mortar hose, switch
off the machine at the selector switch for the pump motor (3)
(position "0").
8. Apply wallpaper paste to the cleaned mortar hoses and connect
to the machine and spray gun.
9. Turn selector switch for the pump motor (3) clockwise, open air
tap at the spraying gun as described in chapter 36.1.

Clean mortar hoses immediately
