4.6.2 Registration of a program to start inter-controller transmission
To operate the EN311 module, configure the IP address and port number and
start by RUN to start inter-controller transmission. A procedure to start
inter-controller transmission is as follows.

Remark
To reduce the size of the inter-controller transmission variable, register the LC53* stations as
follows: for example, when there are four receiving stations (stations 1,2,3,6) and the
maximum station number is 6, the inter-controller transmission variable size is found as
below.
Inter-controller transmission size = 66 + 6 * 64 = 450
• Regarding the inter-controller transmission variable (N), when inter-controller transmission is
received from a controller with the station number larger than specified, the data is discarded.
For example, when inter-controller transmission size =322 (maximum station number =4),
station 6 data is discarded and is not monitored.
