Data can be exchanged among the LC53* connected on the Ethernet. This is
called inter-controller transmission.
The inter-controller transmission variable (STN_DATA) consists of send area,
receive area, and healthy map area. The send area is used to send data to
other controller. The receive area is used to receive data sent from other
controller. The healthy map area indicates that receive data is updated
normally.
The inter-controller transmission variables can be used by registering standard
variables in the controller variable (STN_DATA). The table below shows a list of

inter-controller transmission variables (STN_DATA).
