(2) LP process
The following processes are performed according to the controller
(parameter) settings.
■ Current output conversion
When Control Mode = For C, A, or RM, MV is converted to the output counter
of intelligent serial AO.
Output Direction=R: MV is 0-100%, and AO is 4-20mA output.
Output Direction=D: MV is 0-100%, and AO is 20-4mA output.
When Control Mode = M, MV read-back of read-back count of the intelligent
serial AO module is performed.
■ Pulse output conversion
When an output request flag is set by the program, the output request value
is converted to the counter of intelligent serial PO.
(3) PB process
The following processes are performed according to the pushbutton variable
(parameter) settings.
DI input process
DI of the specified intelligent serial I/O is stored in FI of #PB.
Input reversal process is performed according to the setting.
DO output process
At button operation from the host, setting, resetting, and reversal of FO
are performed according to the pushbutton variable (parameter) setting.
FO of the pushbutton variable (data) is output to DO of the specified
intelligent serial I/O.
Output reversal process is performed according to the setting.
This process is performed only when Control Mode=A or RM.
DO read-back
This process is performed only when Control Mode=M.
The read-back DO of the specified intelligent serial I/O is stored in FO of
#PB.
I/O module diagnosis
When the intelligent serial I/O card specified in DI input/DO output is
down (DU), IOE alarm of the pushbutton becomes ON.
