Precautions for System Application
 System Redundancy
The product is manufactured to the best possible quality, but is yet subject to failure due to accidental failure of
electronic parts, for example. If your system requires a specially high degree of reliability, it is recommended
that you provide such a system with product redundancy, or with other means of backup.
 Control output
Inappropriate program or parameter values set with the Tool could adversely affect controller output stability
and system performance. Check for controller output stability with a simulation program, for example, in
advance to verify that there will be no problem with connecting the product to your system.
 Interlock design
If there is a possibility of serious effect on the system control in case an erroneous operation occurs, adequate
safety system such as an interlock design for external system must be considered.
