Register necessary parameters to tag.
Minimum required items for tag registration are shown below. Other
items can be left as initial values. Set any of these items if necessary.
For details of all parameters, refer to "Appendix E.2 Tag Variables (PV,
LP , PB) ".
An example of setting parameters is shown below.
Define a tag number (tag variable name) for a PV tag, and set various
parameters.

DCL: (Input count low

SIMM: (Simulation
method)
No tag number can be defined for an LP tag. Instead, define the record number (1-48) of the
associated PV tag as the control target (PVP). In this example, PV[0] and LP[0], PV[1] and
LP[1] are associated and registered.

4.3 Tag Registration
Supplementary explanation (Caution)
Register the variable name (tag variable
name) of the loop here. It can be used as
the identification variable name when
referring to a variable of PV and LP.
Set the built-in analog input (AI) to 1-5V.
The input count value of built-in analog
input (AI) is 0%: 12800 to 100%: 64000
in 16-bit resolution. As tag initial values,
12800-64000 are set.
Select the input point (AI1-AI6) according
to the menu of the setting dialog.
If no I/O wiring is provided, PV input must
be simulated. When this is set to
"Standard" to select the simulation mode,
MV will be automatically returned to PV.
Supplementary explanation (Caution)
Specify the record number of PV:
Indicator to be associated with LP:
Controller.
Set the built-in analog output to 4-20mA.
Select the MV point (MV1-MV2) and AO
point (AO1-AO2) according to the menu
of the setting dialog.
