E.3 Built-in I/O Variables (SIO1)
The LC53* can perform input and output directly to built-in I/Os by using
built-in I/O variables.
The built-in I/O variables can be used by registering standard variables in the
controller variable (SIO1). The table below shows a list of I/O variables.

• The data range of analog input and analog output is 0-65535 (unsigned).
• The area number in address notation of the built-in I/O variable (SIO1) area is "9".
(Example) Address notation of Digital output DO2 is "%MX9.17.1".
