8. Cette garantie ne couvre cependant pas les pièces qui sont
devenues inutilisables par suite d'une réparation non conforme ou
d'une usure normale à savoir : bougies de préchauffage, batteries,
filtres, pot d'échappement, joints et membranes, lames et pièces
d'accouplement, câbles et gaînes, courroies et pneumatiques,
etc...
9. Le droit à l'ensemble de la garantie est annulé dans les cas suivants :
* Pour des dégâts consécutifs à un non-respect des indications de
sécurité, d'entretien ou de stockage, telles qu'elles sont décrites
dans la présente notice d'utilisation. ETESIA décline toute
responsabilité, civile en particulier, pour des dégâts résultant de
l'utilisation non conforme de la tondeuse et/ou du non respect
des indications de la présente notice d'utilisation.
* Pour des dégâts consécutifs à un accident ou à une collision.
* Par la suite d'une modification de l'état original de la tondeuse
et/ou de l'utilisation de pièces non d'origine, si ceci est à l'origine
du dommage.
* En cas d'intervention par des ateliers autres que ceux agréés par
ETESIA.
10. En cas de changement de propriétaire de la tondeuse, le délai de
garantie restant peut être reporté au bénéfice du nouveau
propriétaire, s'il en a fait la demande.

9. Kein Anspruch auf Garantieleistung besteht in folgenden Fällen :
* Für Schäden, die wegen Nichteinhaltung der Sicherheits;
Wartungs und Lagervorschriften, wie sie in der
Bedienungsanleitung beschrieben sind, entstanden sind.
Insbesondere verweigert ETESIA jede Verantwortung, auch
zivilrechtlicher Art, für Schäden, die durch unsachgemäße
Benutzung des Mähers und vor allem durch Nichteinhaltung der
Bedienungsanleitung entstehen.
* Für Schäden, die durch Unfall oder Zusammenstoß entstanden sind.
* Bei jeder Veränderung des Originalzustandes des Gerätes und
/ oder bei Verwendung von Nicht-Originalteilen, wenn dies der
Grund des Schadens ist.
* Wenn Eingriffe von anderen als von ETESIA Vertragswerkstatten
durchgeführt wurden.
10. Bei Wechsel des Eigentümers wird die noch vorhandene Dauer
der Garantie auf den neuen Eigentümer übertragen, wenn ein
entsprechender Antrag vom neuen Eigentümer bei ETESIA
gestellt wird.
9. The warranty shall not apply in the following cases :
* For damage following non-respect of safety, maintenance or
storage instructions as described-in this booklet. ETESIA
declines all liability, particularly civil liability for damage
resulting from the non-conform use of the ride-on mower and/
or failure to follow the instructions in this booklet.
* For damage resulting from an accident or collision.
* Following modification of the original condition of the ride-on
mower and/or the use of non-original parts, if this is the cause of
the damage.
* If work us carried out by workshops other than those
approved by ETESIA.
10. When the ride-on mower changes owners, the remaining
warranty period may be transferred to the new owner if he makes
the request.
The new owner also confirms that he has received - at the same
time as the ride-on mower - the User instructions and the
warranty conditions, and that he accepts them.
Ce faisant, le nouveau propriétaire confirme qu'il a reçu en même
temps que l'appareil la notice d'utilisation et les conditions de
garantie, et qu'ils les accepte.
11. ETESIA se réserve la possibilité de vérifier si les conditions
préliminaires d'octroi de la garantie contractuelle ont été
respectées par l'acheteur.
12. Lorsque l'application de la garantie est demandée, la Société
ETESIA livre les pièces détachées aussi vite que possible. Une
livraison immédiate ne peut cependant être exigée. Un retard de
livraison ne justifierait en aucun cas une demande de dommages
et intérêts à l'encontre la société ETESIA. De même, il
n'entraînerait aucune prolongation de la garantie.
13. Toute revendication supplémentaire vis à vis d'ETESIA est exclue.
• Rappel important :
Dès l'achat, le certificat de mise en service (encarté dans la présente
notice) doit être renvoyé dûment complété et signé à :

Darin bestätigt der neue Eigentümer zusätzlich, daß er die
Gebrauchsanweisung und die Garantiebestimmungen, die er
akzeptiert, mit dem Gerät übernommen hat.
11. ETESIA behält sich das Recht vor zu überprüfen, ob die
Anwendungsbedingungen der freiwilligen Zusatzgarantie durch
den Käufer eingehalten worden sind.
12. Bei einer Inanspruchnahme dieser Garantie liefert ETESIA
die Ersatzteile so rasch wie möglich. Ein Anspruch auf
sofortige Lieferung ist jedoch ausgeschlossen und eine
verzögerte Lieferung begründet keine Schadenersatzforderung
gegen ETESIA. Ebenso führt dies nicht zu einer Verlängerung der
Garantiezeit.
13. Über diese Zusatzgarantie hinausgehende Ansprüche gegen
ETESIA bestehen nicht.
• WICHTIGER HINWEIS
Nach dem Kauf muß die Inbetriebnahme-Bescheinigungskarte, die
in dieser Anleitung eingelegt ist, komplett ausgefüllt und
unterschrieben an folgende Adresse geschickt werden :

11. ETESIA reserves the right to check if preliminary conditions for the
contractual warranty have been respected by the purchaser.
12. When a claim is made under warranty, the ETESIA company will
deliver spare parts as quickly as possible. However an immediate
delivery cannot be insisted upon. A delivery delay will under no
circumstances be accepted as justification for damages against
the ETESIA company. Neither will it extend the warranty.
13. No other claims can be made against ETESIA.
