• Before threading in the net, press the blade bar (1) back with your hand until the ratched
mechanism (2) engages

• Guide the net (11) over the deflection shaft (8) under the net compensation (3)
• Place the net (11) further over the spreading bracket (12) and under the guide roller (13)
round, over the retaining plate(4) and guide it under the synthetic cloth (10)
Note
To increase net tension (extend net further outward), the net can also be laid under the cross
tube (15). The net must be stretched with no problems when doing this.
The net must be approx. 200 mm above the retaining plate (4).
• Swing the net roll mounting shaft back into its support
Note
After threading in, the net must be removed on a width of approx. 500 mm. Thus the tappets of
the feed roller can pick up the net cleanly.
