HDCP Status — Indicates the HDCP status of the input source. The HDMI input

negotiates and authenticates HDCP with the source device, if the source requires HDCP
encryption (see
figure 15
HDCP Authorized — Select this checkbox to turn the HDCP Authorized on (default)

or off. When disabled (OFF), the DTP2 T 212 switcher does not display content that
requires HDCP, and displays a green screen.
Audio Format — Select the audio format for the inputs from the drop down menu:

Auto — Embedded digital audio is passed. If digital audio is not detected, the
analog audio is embedded.
Digital — Embedded digital audio is passed.
Analog — Analog audio is always embedded.
Output Configuration
There are two panes in the Output Configuration panel: HDMI A and DTP/HDBT B (see
figure 16). These panes allow the user to view the status and configure the output signal for
both the HDMI and DTP/HDBT outputs.

Signal Presence — Indicator shows green when an active HDMI signal is present.

HDCP Status — Indicates whether the display connected to the output is HDCP

compliant.
Color Bit Depth — Set the color bit depth to either Auto (default) or Force 8‑bit.

Format — Set the HDMI output format to:

Auto — (based on sink EDID), default
DVI RGB 444
HDMI RGB 444 Full
HDMI RGB 444 Limited
HDMI YUV 444 Limited
HDMI YUV 422 Limited
HDCP Mode — Set the HDCP Mode to:

Follow Input — Encrypts the output only when required by the selected input
source (default).
Always Encrypt Output — Always encrypts the output, regardless of the HDCP
status of the input source.
