NOTES:
On the HDMI output, CEC Communications always passes through.
On the DTP2 output, CEC Communications only passes through when connected
to a DTP2 or DTP standalone receiver. CEC Communications does not pass
through when connected to an IN1804, IN1808, or other similar switching/
distribution/matrix devices.

2 = Enable insertion (unidirectional)
4 = Enable insertion and publish received CEC messages (bidirectional)
