③ Insert the two pin-parts of G2-G3 unit assembling tool ( ★ J11337) into the two holes of G2-G3 unit. Then
rotate and remove G2-G3 unit.
④ Remove the tool pins that were set in ② .
⑤ Remove the washer (#62 : selected from A ～ H).
⑥ Peel off the sheet (#133) from the 2nd lens group.
⑦ Take out three screws (#110), and remove the 2nd lens group.
Caution 1:
Whenever the 2nd lens group is removed, optical
alignment work becomes necessary after reassembling.
Therefore, at service facilities where this work cannot
be performed, do NOT remove the 2nd lens group.
Caution 2:
Whenever the 2nd lens group is removed, replace it
with the new 2nd lens-G holding tube (refer to page
D20) which is prepared as RP.
