Focus ring unit
・ Mount the focus ring unit on the SWM unit, by aligning the three protrusions of the focus ring unit with the
three grooves of the SWM unit.

Mounting of SWM-assembled unit
① Turn the focus tube unit, which is assembled in the front fixed-tube, all the way to the end in the direction of
the arrow. (Then, the key groove is positioned as shown in "Fig.1".) (Fig.1)
② Rotate the focus ring unit of the SWM-assembled unit until "∞" infinity-end position.
③ After assembling the SWM-assembled unit into the front fixed-tube, rotate the focus ring unit and check that
the distance scale can move therewith. (Fig.2)
④ Tighten three screws (#121).
Caution:
When the SWM-assembled unit is mounted, do
NOT let the MR head touch the front fixed tube.
