Symptom
The indoor fan fails to
start.
The heating function is
unavailable.
The water overflows the
unit.
Issue 15 (2020-12-10)
Possible Cause
The transport sheet
metal fastener is not
removed from the
compressor.
The switch of the indoor
fan is not turned on.
The indoor fan is
damaged.
The connection terminals
for the fans are not
securely connected.
The electric heater
temperature switch is
protected.
The electric heater
switch is OFF.
The electric heater is
burnt out.
The drainpipe is not
connected, or the
drainpipe lift is
inappropriate.
The cable connector is
faulty.
The water pump is
faulty.

Solution
Remove the sheet metal
fastener.
Check the switch status.
Replace the indoor fan.
Secure the connection
terminals.
● Check the
temperature switch. If
the electric heater is
protected due to a
high temperature, it
can automatically
recover after the
temperature drops.
● If the protection fuse
has blown, replace
the temperature
switch.
Check the electric heater
switch status.
Disconnect the power
supply and check
whether the electric
heater is damaged by
checking the electric
heater resistance
properties with an
ohmmeter.
Ensure that the drainpipe
securely connects to the
pump, and that the lift
of the drainpipe does not
exceed 4 meters.
Check the switch status
and cable connections.
Replace the water pump.
