Possible Causes
1. The
communications
cable to the
temperature
control
intelligent
monitoring
board is not
properly
connected.
2. The temperature
control
intelligent
monitoring
board is faulty.
3. The power
supply to the
temperature
control
intelligent
monitoring
board is
abnormal.
4. The main
control module
is faulty.
5. The external fan
speed is too
high.
6. The outdoor fan
is faulty.
1. The outdoor fan
is blocked.
2. The outdoor fan
is faulty.
Solution
1. Check the
communications
cable connection to
the temperature
control intelligent
monitoring board.
2. Replace the
temperature
control intelligent
monitoring board.
3. Check the power
cable connection to
the temperature
control intelligent
monitoring board.
4. Replace the main
control module.
5. If the fan is
working properly,
add a baffle plate
on the air return
side of the outdoor
unit.
6. Replace the
outdoor fan.
1. Clear obstacles
from the outdoor
fan to ensure that
it works properly.
2. Replace the
outdoor fan.
