6 System Operation and Maintenance
Possible Causes
1. The temperature
sensors or
temperature and
humidity sensors
are located in
inappropriate
positions.
2. The thermal
load power is
high or the
cooling capacity
is insufficient.
3. The ambient
temperature
exceeds the
upper threshold.
4. The high
temperature
alarm threshold
is inappropriate.
5. The value
detected by the
temperature
sensor or
temperature and
humidity sensor
is different from
the actual value.
The PSU is faulty.
1. The
communications
cables of the
PSU are loose or
damaged.
2. The PSU is
faulty.
3. The
communications
port of the main
control board is
faulty.
Solution
1. Adjust the
positions of the
temperature
sensors or
temperature and
humidity sensors.
2. Add smart cooling
products or contact
Huawei technical
support.
3. Measure the
ambient
temperature. Check
whether other
causes exist if the
alarm persists in a
long time after
startup.
4. Adjust the high
temperature alarm
threshold.
5. Calibrate or replace
the temperature
sensor or
temperature and
humidity sensor.
Maintain or replace
the PSU.
1. Check the
communications
cables of the PSU.
2. Maintain or replace
the PSU.
3. Maintain or replace
the main control
board.
