Remove the two screws and sheet metal fastener from the water pan filter and
pull out the filter, as shown in
Figure 6-3 Cleaning the water pan filter

Method
After the electrode
humidifier starts, choose
Running > Device Details
> Humidifier on the main
screen to make sure that
the current of each phase
is not less than 2.0 A
(conductivity > 100).
The humidifier float has
no scale, and humidifier
float functions properly.
The wet film and
humidifier water pan are
clean and have no scale.
No operating overtime
alarm is generated on the
wet film humidifier.
The upstream water pan
filter of the humidifier
pump is not dirty or
blocked.

Troubleshooting
Replace the electrode humidifier
cylinder.
Clean or replace the humidifier
float.
Replace the wet film humidifier.
The wet film should be replaced
every 12 months.
Replace the wet film humidifier.
Remove and clean the water pan
filter.
