Possible Causes
1. The compressor
is preheated
before startup.
2. The compressor
is preheated
after a power
failure.
1. Refrigerant has
leaked.
2. Refrigerant is
not charged as
required in the
user manual.
3. The displayed
values of the
liquid pipe
temperature
sensor or the
condensing
pressure sensor
on the LCD are
different from
the actual
values.
1. Transformer
fault.
2. A phase of the
power supply is
open.
Solution
1. Start the
equipment after
preheating is
complete, or set
the Compressor
preheating
parameter to Off
to stop preheating.
2. Wait until
compressor
preheating is
complete, or set
the Compressor
preheating
parameter to Off
to stop preheating.
1. Check the system
for leaking points.
If so, repair the
pipe and add
refrigerant.
2. Add refrigerant as
required in the user
manual.
3. Calibrate or replace
the liquid pipe
temperature sensor
or the condensing
pressure sensor.
1. Replace the
transformer.
2. Check the power
supply.
