Failure to observe the general safety instructions and residual risks
If the general safety instructions and remaining risks are not observed, accidents can occur
involving severe injuries or death.
• Observe the general safety instructions.
• When assessing the risk, take into account residual risks.
Electric shock when using unsuitable fuses
If unsuitable fuses are used, an electric shock can cause severe injury or death.
• Use only fuses recommended in the technical data.
• Observe the necessary minimum short circuit current for the relevant fuse.
Electric shock due to the residual charge of the DC link capacitors
Because of the DC-link capacitors, a hazardous voltage is still present for a period of time
after the power supply has been switched off.
Coming into contact with live components can result in severe injury or death.
• Open the device only after the time specified on the warning label has elapsed.
• Before starting work, check the absence of voltage by measuring all poles/phases, also
NOTICE
