Caster Fork Assembly and Bearing
Removal
1. Park the machine on a level surface, disengage the PTO and set the parking brake. Stop the engine, wait for all
moving parts to stop and remove the key.
2. Raise and support the unit so that the front wheels are off the ground and secure with jack stands.
3. Remove the caster cap (Figure 7).

4. Support the underside of the caster wheel and remove the lock nut securing the caster bearing assembly.
5. Remove the six spring washers and one large flat washer from the caster fork shaft.
NOTE: Take note of the washer orientation.
