Programs and program selection

The DAC Universal has 2 different programs that can be selected as
needed. They are set using the menu system, see "Menu system.
[ → 65]".
Factory default is the standard program (134 °C / 273 °F, sterilization time

IMPORTANT
The DAC Universal remembers the last program used, even after being
switched off. This also happens in case the electric power supply to the
DAC Universal was interrupted.
IMPORTANT
Make sure the correct lid type is selected.
It is possible to block programs that are not used. Please contact your
authorized dealer to block/unblock programs.
