Validation

The DAC Universal has been type tested and works tested according to
requirements from applicable standards. The standards also specify
installation and performance tests upon installation and use.
The manufacturer recommends to validate the process of reprocessing
with the DAC Universal after 2 years or 4000 cycles (whichever comes
first).
Your authorized dealer can supply information on whether local validation
procedures exist for your country. If so, the manufacturer recommends
performing validation of reprocessing with the DAC Universal as specified
by the local authorities.
For verification of the cleaning and sterilization process, periodic testing
is highly recommended. While the DAC Universal automatically monitors
critical parameters such as time, temperature and dispensing, periodic
verification to ensure proper soil removal should be part of your quality
and safety program.
