Deactivating lubrication

It is possible to deactivate lubrication for a single cycle. This is necessary
when reprocessing a load with the Standard lid which solely contains
instruments that do not require lubrication. For all other lid types,
lubrication is automatically deactivated.
For more information on how to deactivate lubrication manually, see
"Start cycle on the Standard lid [ → 90]".
When the cycle for which lubrication was deactivated has been
completed, the lubrication is automatically reactivated.
