Communication SMU to XENAX interrupted. Potentially, bad
shielding of encoder cable
Parameters were not uploaded correctly. Please try to
download SMU parameters again.
Firmware was not uploaded correctly. Please try to
download SMU firmware again.
Invalid state of one or more encoder signals. Check encoder
cable, possible cable break. Restart XENAX®.
Invalid voltage difference of one or more encoder signals.
Check encoder cable, cable possibly broken
Unplugged encoder cable on XENAX®. Problems with the
signal connecting. Cable possibly broken.
Encoder cable disconnected to XENAX®.
There is only one active Input from the safety. There must
always be two Inputs activated for safety.
Pin 9 is activated in XENAX®, this Input should not be used
with the SMU
Motor data have not been forwarded to SMU. Potentially,
there is bad shielding on the encoder cable
