System readiness

If using HART
capability of such systems prior to commissioning and installation. Not all systems can
communicate with HART Revision 7 devices.

Confirm correct device driver
Verify the latest Device Driver (DD/DTM) is loaded on your systems to ensure proper
communications.

Use only bolts supplied or sold by Emerson as spare parts.
For safe assembly of manifold to traditional flange, bolts must break back plane of
flange web (i.e., bolt hole) but must not contact sensor module housing.
Severe changes in the electrical loop may inhibit HART
ability to reach alarm values. Therefore, Rosemount cannot absolutely warrant or
guarantee that the correct Failure alarm level (High or Low) can be read by the host
system at the time of annunciation.
