Removing the electromagnetic clutch
See chapter "POWER TRANSMISSION", Changing
the electromagnetic clutch.
Removing the transmission drive belt
See chapter "POWER TRANSMISSION", Changing
the transmission drive belt.
Removing the engine belt pulley
See chapter "POWER TRANSMISSION", Changing
the engine belt pulley.

Removing the engine from the machine

CAUTION
Ensure that all relevant cables and other
items are disconnected from the engine
so that it can be lifted without hindrance.
1. Remove the screws (30), (31), (32) and (33).
2. Lift out the engine and place it on a flat and
clean base.
Fitting the engine in the machine
1. Clean the position where the engine is to be
fitted. Also clean underneath the engine frame.
2. Lift the engine into place.
3. Fit the screws (30), (31), (32) and (33).
4. Tighten the screws with a torque of 30 to 35 Nm.
Fitting the silencer (RB 150)
CAUTION
Do not fully tighten the screw (23) for the
rod mount. It should be possible to adjust
at the end of the procedure.
1. With the screw (23), fit the rod (22) that
connects the engine to the silencer but do not
tighten fully.
2. Place the gasket (21) between the silencer pipe
and the engine, and with the two screws (20) fit
the silencer pipe.
3. Tighten the screw (23).
4. Mount the silencer guard plate (18), with the two
screws (19) and the screw (17).
