Changing the engine belt pulley

Dismantling
1. Remove the drive belt of the cutting unit. (See
page 62)
2. Remove the electric clutch. (See page 62)
CAUTION
When removing the transmission drive
belt, the engine belt pulley can fall off.
3. Remove the transmission drive belt. (See page
64 for RB 150 and page 72 for RBH 180)
4. Pull the engine belt pulley (1) down on the
engine shaft (2) to remove it.
Mounting
1. Fit the engine belt pulley (1).
A. Align the engine belt pulley (1) so that its
chamfered keyway on the inside slides over
the key in the engine shaft (2).
B. Move the engine belt pulley as far up as
possible and fit the transmission drive belt.
2. Fit the transmission drive belt. (See page 65 for
RB 150 and page 73 for RBH 180)
3. Fit the electric clutch. (See page X)
4. Fit the drive belt to the cutting unit.
(See page 62)
