Changing the shear pins (RB 150,
1997 model, and RBH 180)
Dismantling
1. Remove the screw (1), the cup spring (2) and
spacer (3).
2. Replace defective shear pins with new ones.
(Only genuine spares are to be used)
Mounting
1. Insert the shear pins (5) in their holes.
CAUTION
The cutting blades are to be fitted at right
angles to each other.
2. Fit the cutting blade (4) on the shear pins so that
the blades are set at right angles to each other.
3. Fit the screw (1), cup spring (2) and spacer (3).
CAUTION
The cup spring and the spacer are to be
centred in relation to the screw (1) to
enable spring-action of the cutting blade
against the cup spring.
