Applies to RBH 180
Dismantling the brake pedal axle
1. Remove the cutting unit. (See page 92)
2. Remove the spring (6) and take off the parking
brake lever (3) and screw (5).
3. Remove the brake pedal (1).
A. Remove the nut (4) and washer.
B. Move the brake pedal (1) up from the brake
pedal axle (7) and remove the key (2).
4. Remove the split-pin (9) and washer, and
remove the brake rod (13) from the lever (10).
5. Remove the spring (8) from the lever (10).
6. Remove the split-pin (12) from the actuating arm
of the clutch switch.
7. Remove the split-pins (14) and move out the
brake pedal axle to one side.
8. Remove the catch sleeve (15) and the lever (10)
from the brake pedal axle.
Mounting the brake pedal axle
1. Insert the brake pedal axle (7) through the
bearing and put on the lever (10), actuating arm
for the clutch switch (11), and the right catch
sleeve (15).
2. Fit the spring (8) on the lever (10).
3. Fit the spring pins (14) for the lever (10) and the
catch sleeve (15).
4. Fit the brake rod, washer and split-pin (9).
5. Fit the actuating arm for the clutch microswitch
(11) with the split-pin (12).
6. Fit the parking brake lever and screw (5).
7. Place the key (2) in the keyway of the brake
pedal and fit the brake pedal and nut (4).
8. Fit the cutting unit. (See page 100)
