Material Settings Screen
Tap the Material Settings button in the Control bar of the Maintenance screen to display the
"Material Settings" controls.
•
Name: Displays the type of resin being used. Tap the arrow at the right edge of the field to
display a list of resins used in the machine. Selecting a resin from the pull-down menu will
automatically display that resin's parameters in the Ec, Dp, Preferred Blade Gap, and
Resin Scale Factor fields.
•
Ec: Change the "Critical Exposure" value (from the resin specification sheet), as needed.
•
Dp: Change the "Depth Penetration" value (from the resin specification sheet), as needed.
•
Preferred Blade Gap: Change the height of the recoater blade above the surface of the
resin. This value is typically 0.004 inch.
•
Resin Scale Factor: Change the value used to compensate for resin shrinkage.
•
Back: Returns to the previous screen.
