TROUBLESHOOTING
The starter motor fails to turn.

• Before troubleshooting, remove the following part(s):
1. Front cowling assembly
2. Storage box
3. Fuel tank
4. Rear cover (right)
1. Check the fuses.
(Main, ignition and signaling sys-
tem)

3. Check the starter motor operation.

Replace the fuse(s).

• Clean the battery terminals.
