ActiveScale™ P100 Support Guide
1. Reconfigure the System Interconnects on the existing system:
a. Connect an Ethernet cable from your laptop to port 44 on System Interconnect 1 of the existing
system.
b. Reconfigure the System Interconnects on the existing system:
a. Create an alias on your laptop to System Interconnect 1 on the existing system:
Note: Change the IP address in the first alias to match your network settings, but
do not change the link-local IP address in the second alias.
sudo ifconfig eth1:0 172.16.110.240 up #this IP address should match
your setup
sudo ifconfig eth1:1 169.254.110.240 up
b. Connect to System Interconnect 1 (username:
lab@mw-<SystemIP>: $ telnet <IP_of_System_Interconnect_1> lab@mw-
SystemIP: $ telnet IP of System Interconnect 1 Trying

c. Run the following commands:
