LED action
• Solid amber—Indicates the following events:
– Critical failure—critical fan, voltage,
temperature state.
– Non-critical failure—non-critical fan, voltage,
temperature state, CPU thermal trip, DC off.
• Blinking amber—Indicates a change or event has
occurred on the System Node. Use the SEL to get
more info and to clear it if appropriate.
• Off—SEL cleared or last pending warning or error
has been de-asserted.
• Solid blue—Identification feature has been
activated.
• Blinking—Identification LED has been activated
• Off—No identification request
• Blinking blue—Hard disk drive access (on-board
SATA port only)
• Off—No access (non-SAS)
• Solid blue—Link
• Blinking blue—LAN access (off when there is
traffic)
• Off—Powered off
