Base-End Sensor Bracket Installed on the Machine

Remove the nuts and clamp from the 1-1/4" muffler clamp (P/N 435-3003-056).

Install the U-bolt around the base-end of the steering cylinder rod with the U-bolt legs pointing straight up.
11.
Install the clamp on the ends of the U-bolt.
12.
Install two 0.344" ID flat washers (P/N 313-2300-012) on each leg of the U-bolt.
13.
Reinstall the muffler clamp nuts on the U-bolt.
14.
Note:
Do not fully tighten the nuts.
Install the WAS T-shaped mounting bracket (P/N 107-0172-206) on the muffler clamp.

Note:
The T-shaped mounting bracket should point toward the center of the machine.
Secure the mounting bracket to the muffler clamp using two 5/16"-18 flanged lock nuts (P/N 312-1001-169).

Insert one M10 x 1.5 x 40 mm bolt (P/N 311-0070-039) through the hole in the T-shaped mounting bracket.

Install the 0.406" ID x 0.75" OD x 0.038" long spacer (P/N 107-0172-103) on the M10 bolt protruding from

the WAS rod mounting bracket.
Secure the base-end of the WAS on the T-shaped WAS mounting bracket assembly using one M10 x 1.5

lock nut (P/N 312-4000-208).
