2 Your routing name can be found in the General tab.
You can also set your routing name when you create a conference. If not specified, the default routing
name is the same as the Display Name.

Gathering Phase (AVC CP Only Conferencing)

The Gathering Phase of a conference is the time period during which participants are connecting to a
conference. It is enabled by default for AVC CP only conferences.
During the Gathering Phase, a mix of live video from connected endpoints is combined with both static and
variable textual information about the conference into a slide which is displayed on all connected endpoints.
