10. Remove the No.1 screw securing the paper feed encoder sensor
and remove the sensor from the printer, as shown below.

11. Release the white plastic locking tab on the left bushing of the
paper feed roller and rotate the bushing to align it with the cutouts
in the printer frame, as shown below.

12. Release the three hooks securing the rear paper guide to the
printer frame and slide the rear paper guide to the left, as shown in
Figure 4-67.
13. Carefully slide the paper feed roller to the left and pull it up and out
of the printer.
