6 Make sure the ink tube is not disconnected
from the cap assembly.
7 Check if the cables are disconnected from the
printhead board.

• The ink tube should be securely inserted into the cap assembly.
• Make sure the ink tube is not damaged
Remove the printhead cable holder from the carriage unit, and make
sure the two cables are securely connected. Even if they appear to be
connected, try disconnecting and then reconnecting them.
