The following conditions should be fulfilled in order that
the desired pneumatic status as listed can be achieved:
Condition
– carefully laid tubing
– regulated auxiliary pilot air
Sufficient pressure supply
via pressure supply modules
Non-return valves in
common exhaust line
Limitation of pressure
zones by isolation plate
Separately supplied
regulated auxiliary pilot air
(3-8 bar)
Controller function of
auxiliary pilot air must be
guaranteed in spite of
complete supply being
switched off
If control signals are present
auxiliary pilot air must be
applied at full pressure
immediately after start-up.
Remarks
• Exhaust CPA valve
terminal at left
and right hand end
plates (3/5)
Applies in the case of several
systems with centrally
ducted exhaust
Can be fitted at
a later stage
Controller can only be
operated with pressure
(3 to 8 bar).
Vacuum/low pressure
operation not with
3/2-way valves
Controller regulates the
auxiliary pilot air of all
valve plates of a CP(A)
valve terminal
