Malfunctioning
When you switch on the compressed air supply or test
the individual valves, you can learn the following about
the operating status of the pneumtic system:
Valve position
– Basic position
– Switch position
– Basic position

Error treatment when compressed
air supply has beeen switched off
• Check the tubing
• Check the tubing
• After switching on, regulate
external pilot air to 3 to 8 bar
• Check tubing
• After switching on,
check operating pressure
(e.g. pressure zones)
• Place locking manual override in
basic position
• In the case of CPA valve terminals
with 3/2-way valves, check external
pilot air (or set as a factor of
working pressure)
• Servicing required
• Check regulator (apply pressure
>3 bar to regulator )
