OPERATING PROCEDURES

Patty Placement and Removal
Placement procedures for meat products on the grill must
be followed. The meat must be placed on the lower grill
surface from front to back. When the cook cycle is
complete, the upper platen will rise.
Note: It is very important that all patties be removed
from the lower grill surface in the same sequence as
placed before cooking.

Patties must be removed immediately after the upper
platen has been raised to the OPEN position and after
the meat has been seasoned.
Patties are generally placed two at a time from front to
back on the grill, and right to left. The removal order of
the patties is shown in the diagrams by the number
shown in the center of each patty.
