Ï Fasten the auxiliary light leads w ith a plastic lock-
ing tie.
Ì Fasten the w ire harness to the headlight housing
boss w ith a plastic locking tie.
Ó Route the headlight lead through the plastic
guide.
È Route the right handlebar sw itch lead behind the
throttle cables. Do not cross the throttle cables
and the right handlebar sw itch lead.
Ô Route the therm o sw itch/tem perature sender sub-
w ire harness to the outside of the radiator cap.
CABLE ROUTING
 Route the right handlebar sw itch lead in
front of the throttle cables.
Ò M ake sure that the horn leads face out.
˜ Route the throttle cables and right handle-
bar sw itch lead betw een the fram e and
plastic fram e panel and then betw een the
low er bracket and low er bracket panel.
M ake sure that the right handlebar sw itch
lead is routed to the outside and the throt-
tle cables are routed to the inside.
