CHANGING THE COOLANT
8. Rem ove:
• coolant drain bolt 1
(along w ith the copper w asher)
9. Drain:
• coolant
10.Check:
• copper w asher 1
• coolant drain bolt 2
Dam age → Replace.
11.Install:
• coolant drain bolt
12.Fill:
• cooling system
(w ith the specified am ount of the rec-
om m ended coolant)
Handling notes for coolant
Coolant is potentially harm ful and should
be handled w ith special care.
• If coolant splashes in your eyes, thor-
oughly w ash them w ith w ater and
consult a doctor.
• If coolant splashes on your clothes,
quickly w ash it aw ay w ith w ater and
then w ith soap and w ater.
• If coolant is sw allow ed, induce vomit-
ing and get immediate medical atten-
tion.
