Rem ove the parts in the order listed.
NOTE:
• The w ater pum p and oil pum p are
com bined into one unit (oil/w ater
pum p assem bly).
• It is not necessary to rem ove the
im peller shaft unless the coolant
level is extrem ely low or coolant
leaks from the oil pan.
Refer to " OIL PAN AND OIL PUM P" in
chapter 4.
