3. Adjust:
• throttle position sensor angle
a. Set the m ain sw itch to " ON" .
b. Disconnect the throttle position sen-
sor coupler.
c. Reconnect the throttle position sen-
sor coupler.
NOTE:
After reconnecting the throttle position
sensor coupler, the tachom eter sw itches
to the throttle position sensor adjust-
m ent m ode.
d. Loosen the throttle position sensor
screw s 1.
e. Adjust the throttle position sensor
angle according to the follow ing
table.
NOTE:
The angle of the throttle position sensor
is indicated by the r/m in w hich are dis-
played on the tachom eter.

5,000 r/ min 2
10,000 r/ min
f. After adjusting the throttle position
sensor angle, tighten the throttle
position sensor screw s.
NOTE:
To exit the throttle position sensor
adjustm ent m ode, start the engine or set
the m ain sw itch to " OFF" .
