Intended Use
e ermo Scienti c Rotary Microtome Microm HM355S is a uni-
versal heavy duty microtome for specially sophisticated para n, and
hard sectioning techniques in biology, medicine and industry.
Only skilled or specially trained personnel must operate the microtome,
i.e. clamping the specimens, trimming and rst cuts, sectioning and
transferring sections onto a slide. e individual safety measures as well
as the regulations and hygiene measures of your respective lab must
strictly be observed.
