Recovery Method for Abnormal Operation
Recovery Method
Turn off the PC and the main breaker.
If the lights do not go off after the PCs are rebooted,
quickly turn off the main breaker and please contact Saki
Corporation.
1. Quit the inspection software.
2. In C:\BF1\Backup folder, select the folder with the
most recent date.
3. In the folder, copy and overwrite the files to C:\BF1.
Push the emergency stop switch and move the scan
table to nearby the center of its operating range.
Release the emergency stop condition and reselect the
inspection data.
Turn the emergency stop switch clockwise.
Release the emergency stop condition.
Refer to 3.1 Emergency Stop in Operation Manual.
Clean the shading sheet, the half mirror, the lenses,
and the diffusers.
Reinsert the signal line connector from the CCD unit to
the PC.
Please contact Saki Corporation.
Reinsert the signal line connector from the CCD unit to
the PC. Rewire the machine by isolating the LAN cables
in the machine from the signal lines leading from the
CCD unit to the PC.
Release the emergency stop condition.
Refer to 3.1 Emergency Stop in Operation Manual.
Adjust the guide rail width again based on the PCB
size and tighten the clamp lever again.
If the PCB drops inside the machine, push the
emergency stop switch or turn off the machine to move
the scan table manually and remove the PCB.
Check and remove the foreign objects from the cooling
fan.
Push the emergency stop switch and stop the scan
table to remove the foreign objects.
Firmly tighten the screws fixing the external covers.
