4 Troubleshooting

This chapter describes actions need to be taken if the machine fails to operate properly or messages /
warnings are displayed on the software window.

4.1 Failure to Operate Normally

If the machine runs abnormally or stops the operation, verify the problem by refering to Table 4-1 Recovery
Method for Abnormal Operation. If the machine fails to be recovered or if you are unsure of actions to
take, please contact Saki Corporation.

Check Item
Recovery Method
Check the voltage and turn on the power.
Plug the power supply cord after turning off the main
breaker and the earth leakage breaker.
Turn on the earth leakage breaker after turning off the
main breaker.
If the earth leakage breaker is turned off when the main
breaker is turned on, an electrical leakage or a shorting
of wires may be occured.
Please contact Saki Corporation immediately.
Turn on the power switch of the PC's power supply
unit.
Securely plug the power supply cord in the PC's power
supply unit.
Push the power supply switch on the front side of the
monitor.
Securely plug the power supply cord.
Securely plug the signal line.
Turn off the PC and reinsert the VGA card.
1. In C:\BF1\Backup folder, select the folder with the
most recent date.
2. In the folder, copy and overwrite the files to C:\BF1.
On Windows XP startup window, login using
SAKICORP.
Release the emergency stop condition.
Refer to 3.1 Emergency Stop in Operation Manual.
In OS Device Manager, check the boards are
recognized, reinstall the driver. If reinstalling the driver
does not solve the problem, reinsert the expansion
boards.
Clean the shading sheet.
Clean the half mirror.
Turn off the PC and reinsert the image input board.
LED lighting should be replace.
