3 Operation

3.1 Emergency Stop

The machine has emergency stop switch for safety, especially to prevent injury at operating area or material
damage. In addition, area sensor is prepared as assist device for safety.

3.1.1 Emergency Stop Switch
Push the Emergency Stop Switch, in case that the machine is in an emergency situation.
Beep tones sound and the motor stops immediately. The system operation is suspended.

Step1:
When emergency stop switch is pushed, the dialog shown in Figure 3-2 appears.
CAUTION
Step2:
Turn the emergency stop switch clockwise (to the direction indicated by blue arrow) to
release the emergency stop switch.
CAUTION
If an unexpected situation occurs while the inspection machine is operating,
this switch brings the machine to an emergency stop.
If something are interrupted in the inside area while the inspection machine is
operating, this sensor brings the machine to an emergency stop.
The motor turns off and the scan table can be moved manually. So you can respond
to the case that any object inside the machine is detected during the operation or
there is any object which is inserted in the scan table.

Pressing either OK or Cancel will not release the emergency stop condition and
display the caution dialog again.

In this situation, beep tones still sounds and the scan table can be moved manually.
