1.3 Connecting the CPV valve terminal
1.3.1 Connecting cable
Field bus cable
CP-DN8 9806NH
Use a twisted, screened/shielded 4-wire cable for the
field bus. The bus interface and the internal logics of
the CPV valve terminal are supplied with power via the
field bus cable.
PLEASE NOTE
• Always refer to your PLC manual or scanner
manual for the correct type of cable. Also take
into account the distance and the baud rate
selected.
• Selet the appropriate cable diameters.
Notice the drop in voltage:
– on the supply cable for the bus interface
and
– on the internal logics of the CPV valve terminal.
